What Legwork stores when you sign up, why, and how to have it deleted. Last updated 31 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Legwork is run by Steven Denchev in the United Kingdom, who is the data controller for the information described here. Questions about your data go to support@spacedrecall.app.
What we store
When you sign up on this site we store what you type into the form:
- your name and email address,
- if you are a startup, your app's name and, if you give it, its App Store link,
- if you are a marketer, the part of London you mention, if you do,
- anything you write in "Anything else", including a booking you tried on the page,
- and when you sent it.
There are no analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this site, and it sets no cookies.
Why
Only to get in touch with you about Legwork, which you asked for by signing up. We do not sell or share it for marketing.
Who else processes it
Supabase stores the sign-ups in its database, and Cloudflare hosts this site and keeps short-lived logs, including IP addresses, to run it and protect it from abuse. The Archivo font is loaded from Google Fonts. Some of these providers process data outside the United Kingdom, under the standard contractual safeguards that UK data protection law requires.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until Legwork stops, whichever comes first.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email support@spacedrecall.app and we will answer within a month. If you are unhappy with the answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
